Over 6 years working with high-level women navigating emotionally abusive and covertly toxic relationships (13 years combined Counselling + Coaching Women)
Certifications in fitness and Reiki Healing, background in Counselling Psychology, and 6 years experience as a Holistic Registered Professional Counsellor

Ann's Story:
Ann came to work with me as a private client right after she exited her marriage. We got to work on her emotional embodiment, and learning how to be assertive, stand in her conviction against manipulation, and take a necessary stand for herself and her children in the process of her separation. Toward the end of our work, she was just beginning to explore dating after she described having a sexual awakening and desire for fulfilling her sexual needs without wanting a committed relationship. In this interview she shares how she has used dating as a path to awaken, speak her truth and enjoy the company of men in a new way, while juggling a high-power career in New York as an investment banker on Wall Street, being a full time single mom and rebuilding her new life.

Katherine's Story
