  • You’re burned out: With all of your responsibilities of working, running a house, parenting and tending to your children (and doing it all on your own) along with the emotional highs and lows, walking on eggshells and dealing with your spouses unpredictable moods and behaviour, you feel more and more exhausted, depressed and negative each day and crave just to feel like yourself again.  You feel guilty for not being the  mother you want to be 
  • You’re experiencing serious health symptoms: You are in your 40’s experiencing peri-menopause, or are in menopause and are having period issues, hot flashes, irregular and heavy bleeding, insomnia, migraines, autoimmune issues, adrenal fatigue or other health issues that aren’t responding to treatment

 

At The End of This Series You Will:

  • Diagnose and affirm whether you are experiencing narcissistic abuse:  in order to move into the next steps, you need some clarity on what (and whom) you’re really dealing with
  • Have clarity on your non-negotiable needs, and what you need in your life and relationship in order to be happy, successful, and live in peace
  • Learn the difference between your non-negotiable needs and preferences, as well as needs that are your responsibility for meeting for yourself – focusing on these aspects will either cause your partner to meet you in your new level, or it will highlight where the relationship is not workable or fixable 
  • Do a Self-Audit and identify what needs to change in order for you to be able to heal, improve your health, create more stability for your children and get off the emotional rollercoaster in your relationship
