I’m Leanne Oaten, and I bring over 13 years of experience as a counsellor and coach and am now fully devoted to helping high-achieving women exit narcissistic, gaslighting relationships and rebuild a new life and identity that aligns with who they want to be in this next chapter of entering into midlife.

My work blends trauma-informed emotional recovery with strategic support to help you rebuild your life from the inside out.
