About Your Mentor
Leanne Oaten is a former Registered Counsellor with extensive, specialized training in Counselling Psychology and over 13 years of experience working at the intersection of mental health, holistic healing, and women’s personal transformation.
Since 2019, she has focused her work on supporting women who are caught in the emotional grip of unhealthy marriages and high-conflict relationships, particularly women who are capable, accomplished, and quietly exhausted from carrying too much for too long.
Leanne has worked with countless women through Awakening Women and has facilitated online groups with women from around the world. Her work is grounded, trauma-informed, and deeply attuned to the lived realities of women navigating complex emotional, relational, and life transitions.
She works closely with women as they face some of the most pivotal decisions of their lives: whether to stay or leave, how to disentangle from chaos with clarity, and how to move through separation and divorce with power, discernment, and self-respect.
